Sales Director / Sales Manager / VP Of Sales to join multinational power generation company. Remote (Can be based anywhere in the US)
Sales Director / Sales Manager / VP Sales will drive business growth, develop key partnerships, and secure new opportunities. This role focuses on market expansion, consultative selling, and strategic relationship management with key industry players.
The successful Sales Director / Sales Manager / VP Of Sales will have proven sales success, market strategy development, and partner management in the medium-speed engine or power generation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow market share.
- Develop and execute plans to position products and solutions effectively.
- Build strong relationships with consulting engineers, EPCs, contractors, and OEMs, providing support, training, and marketing collaboration.
- Clearly communicate product benefits and technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Foster long-term relationships by understanding client requirements and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while maintaining fiscal discipline.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales director, Sales Manager, VP Of Sales, Head Of Sales, Business Development Director or similar.
- Bachelor’s in engineering or 5+ years in technical sales.
- Experience selling medium speed engines or power generation industry sales experience.
- Happy to travel 60% of the time throughout the US and Canada.
