El Centro Family Health is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Manager dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

• Willing to travel to outlying clinics as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge and fluent skills of Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications, internet explorer usage, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Manager will work closely with the Behavioral Health Director to provide direction to staff in the form trainings, leading meetings and conducting scheduled provider evaluations. Behavioral Health Manager will participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. This independently licensed person also provides brief and intensive therapy to individuals, children, adolescents, families, and/or groups, as well as Clinical Supervision to non-independently licensed providers.

Minimum requirements

Education: Graduation from an approved and accredited school with a master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related human service field.

License: Licensure: Holds a current license in the State of New Mexico at the independent

practitioner level such as, but not limited to, Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed

Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Experience: Two years post-master's experience working in behavioral health to include crisis counseling.
