We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the HVAC industry. No prior experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed!

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced technicians in servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues in residential and/or commercial settings
- Help with installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Deliver excellent customer service while on-site
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Drive to job sites as required
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Strong interest in HVAC and mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
